Shipping & Handling:

US Orders:

Shipping & handling for 1st class orders to the US including delivery confirmation is a flat rate of $3.95 no matter how much order - it does not include insurance. Shipping & handling for US Priority including insurance and delivery confirmation is a $6.95 flat rate. We never charge sales tax. Shipping to the US is FREE for orders over $75.

We do our best to process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Please add an additional 3-7 days shipping time for standard domestic deliveries, 2-3 days for domestic priority.

Nice Industries is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All domestic orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation from USPS. If your package is confirmed as delivered, we cannot issue any refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders:

Due to the increased cost of overseas delivery, international orders are based on weight. S&H charges start at $6.95. For an accurate cost add the items to your cart and enter your country and zip code. In order to offer the best price on international shipping, most international orders are shipped 1st class international postal mail and DO NOT INCLUDE insurance, tracking, or delivery confirmation. For non-US orders, if you would like your order tracked and insured along with expedited shipping please select Priority International in the shipping options. Please be advised that Priority International tracking information is only useful in countries that use it. Check with your local post office to see if they participate. Nice Industries is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered shipments on international orders that do not include tracking or insurance. There are no returns, refunds, or charge backs permitted for international orders shipped via standard post. If you do not agree to this, please do not place the order. Thanks for your understanding.

We do our best to process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Please add an additional two to six weeks transit time for 1st class international deliveries.

Returns:

Returns for unopened product (must be in new condition) require a RMA Number and must be requested within 15 days from their ship date. Please use the form on the Contact Us page. Unless the return is due to an error by Trade Secret Cards, shipping and return shipping can not be refunded. Sorry, we can not accept returns for any open product. Thanks for your understanding.

Limitation of Liability:

(a) Nice Industries, its parent company, subsidiaries, employees, and relations shall not accept any liability to the customer for damage, loss, or injury to photographic, laptop, electronic equipment, or other personal property, personal health, safety, or welfare.

(b) In no event shall Nice Industries, its parent company, its subsidiaries, employees, and relations' liability ever be greater than the purchase price of the Nice Industries product.

(c) By purchasing a Nice Industries product you accept these terms, conditions, and limitations.
